The menu includes four courses: a starter, a main course, a selection of cheese duos & salads, and a homemade dessert.


The château’s chef has prepared special menus to offer you a gastronomic experience in perfect harmony with the wines of the Château. Whether for lunch or dinner, each dish showcases the unique flavors of Château Rousseau de Sipian.
The menu will be regularly adjusted to reflect the changing seasons, ensuring that every meal is prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients. The chef use only organic, sustainably grown, local ingredients.
