The castle’s chef have prepared special menus designed to provide you with a dining experience that perfectly complements the castle’s wines. Whether it’s for lunch or dinner, each dish offers an insight into the unique flavors of Château Rousseau de Sipian.
The menu will be regularly adjusted to reflect the changing seasons, ensuring that every meal is prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients. The chef use only organic, sustainably grown, local ingredients.
