The great wine of Château Rousseau de Sipian is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our best exposed plots. The grapes are harvested at their optimum maturity and then vinified in the sense and respect of the qualitative potential linked to each vintage. The wines are then aged in their entirety in oak barrels for a minimum of one year. After a meticulous selection at the end of this ageing, the batches are assembled and the wine thus finished is bottled.
